7 Islamic State of Iraq members arrested in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Seven of the so-called “Islamic State of Iraq” members were arrested west of Mosul city, according to security sources.   The source told IraqiNews.com that a police force was able to arrest the seven members according to intelligence information.   One of the arrested members was responsible for the group’s media relations while another was responsible for administrative affairs in the organization.   Mosul, the center of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of the capital, Baghdad.
