URGENT: Central Bank of Iraq – Mosul branch – attacked

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) – Mosul Branch – has been attacked by 3 hand-grenades, tossed by armed men, wounding 2 of its guards on Saturday, a Ninewa security source reported.   “Two guards have been injured when 3 hand-grenades were tossed on the CBI’s Mosul Branch in central Mosul on Saturday,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency, adding that the armed men throw the hand-grenades on the back door of the Bank, close to Ninewa Governorate’s building.”   Mosul , the center of Ninewa Province , is 405 km to the north of Baghdad .   SKH (PT) 880
