General curfew in Salah al-Din

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Security forces today imposed a general curfew from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. for security reasons in Salah al-Din. The Joint Coordination Center in Tikrit told IraqiNews.com that the police and military forces decided to impose a general curfew today after receiving intelligence information that suicidal terrorist attempts might take place, near mosques in particular. Tikrit, the center of Salah al-Din province, lies 175 km north of Baghdad. RM (TP)/SR 677
