U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden arrived in Baghdad on Thursday for an official visit, according to a statement by the U.S. Embassy to Baghdad. “The U.S. Embassy confirms the arrival of Vice-President, Joe Biden, to Baghdad on Thursday, on an official visit to Iraq, to confer with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeifi, as well as the Chairman of al-Iraqiya Coalition, Iyad Allawi and other leading Iraqi officials,” the statement added.
