QRD arrests suspect in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: The Quick Response Department in Wassit managed on Saturday to arrest a suspect in central Kut, the force’s commander said. “The QRD arrested one of those involved in detonating the Kut municipality in August 2010,” Colonel Aziz al-Amara told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The man, Houssam al-Gehieshi, was arrested in al-Zahraa region, central Kut,” he explained.
