URGENT / Big explosion hits Kut

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: A big explosion today hit the city of Kut, Wassit province, security sources informed IraqiNews.com.  The explosion took place in front of the city’s main parking garage,  the sources added.  No details were given on any casualties or the nature of the explosion.   Strict security measures were taken in the area.
