Parliament postpones session for bloc’s withdrawal

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament postponed its today’s session due to the withdrawal of State of Law MPs who objected for not voting to withdraw immunity of MP Sabah al-Sa’idi.   MP Sa’idi said in a press conference that this withdrawal affected the voting figure of the parliament.   Sa’idi, member of Parliamentary Integrity Commission, charged Premier Nouri al-Maliki to utilize media and other political entities to change the facts and control the country.   He was member of the Fadhila (Chastity) party then withdrew to be an independent MP.He chaired the Integrity Commission in its last session, and known for his continued criticism of the government and corruption.
