Military quarter – government building received from US forces

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com:  Anbar’s governor announced today that a joint committee was formed to receive a military quarter in presidential palaces north of Ramadi, which had been occupied by the U.S.forces. Hikmat Jassim Zaidan told IraqiNews.com that the headquarters and the building were handed over in accordance with the U.S.withdrawal. According to the agreement signed between Baghdad and Washington in 2008, the U.S.forces are to leave the country by the end of this year. Anbar province, lies 110 km west of the capital, Baghdad.
