Terrorist network arrested in Diala province

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi forces arrested an al-Qaeda network comprising of 3 persons, who are responsible for 100 assassinations, security commission chairman said today. Muthanna al-Timimi told IraqiNews.com that the security forces of Diala province managed to arrest 3-man network who are implicated in killing 100 persons. The network comprised a woman implicated in preparing suicide bombers, and leading them to blow themselves up in Shiite mosques. One of these persons was a child who blew himself up in the Shiite Khalis mosque in 2008, which led to 70 casualties. Baaquba, center of Diala province, lies 57 km northeast of the capital, Baghdad.
