KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: An economic expert attributed the decline of investors in Iraq to routine, complicated procedures and lack of transparency. Dr.Abdul Sallam Lafta Saeed, Baghdad University, told IraqiNews.com that “many investors have difficulties how to deal with the Iraqis due to complicated procedures in the investment law and Iraqi banking system. According to him, these procedures are connected how to contact governmental institutions. He called for more transparent procedures so that the investor will enter Iraqi market in an easier way.
