Al-Nujeify in Sulaimaniya to meet Talibani

SULAIMANIYA / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeify, has arrived in north Iraq‘s Kurdistan city of Sulaimaniya on Tuesday to confer with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, according to a Presidency source. “President Jalal Talabani is scheduled to receive the Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeify, who arrived in Sulaimaniya city on Tuesday, to discuss the current political crisis in the country,” the Presidency source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region Massoud Barzani earlier conferred with Arab League’s Secretary-General, Nabil al-Arabi the ongoing political crisis in Iraq.
