Tens arrested for planning attacks on religious parades

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com:  Security sources announced today the capture of 35 terrorist groups that are planning to attack the religious parades heading to the holy city of Karbala. In addition, another 12 persons were arrested for planning chaos within the parades during the coming days.
