Judicial order, security reason for interrupted cell service

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com:  The cellular problems in Karbala during the pilgrimage ceremonies over the past week was judicially approved within the framework of a security plan due to the increasing figures of visitors. Karbala‘s local government sources told IraqiNews.com that “many people suffered interruptions to their cellular services due to the inability of the companies to meet the demands of millions of visitors, as well as for security reasons”.
