Six soldiers, civilian, killed in Kirkuk traffic accident

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: At least 6 Iraqi soldiers and a civilian have been killed in a traffic accident southwest of northern Iraq’s oil-rich city of Kirkuk on Sunday night, Kirkuk‘s Police Director reported on Monday. “An accident between 2 vehicles on the main road between Kirkuk and Multaqa township, 30 km to the southwest of Kirkuk on Sunday night, had killed 6 Iraqi Army soldiers and a civilian,” Lt.Brig.Sarhad Qader told IraqiNews.com news agency, adding that investigations were launched by the Kirkuk Traffic Directorate for the reasons of the accident.
