New historical city in Najaf found

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities announced today the discovery of an important historical city in Najaf. Minister Liwa’ Smaisim added that the city dates back to the Roman era. In a statement, received by IraqiNews.com, it noted that the discovery is “an important one” for this era.
