Kurdish paper includes oil – gas law – MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Kurdish Alliance MP Shwan Mohammed Taha disclosed today that the paper to be presented by his political bloc to the national conference will include the implementation of Article 140 of the constitution and the oil and gas law. Taha told IraqiNews.com that “the Kurdish Alliance has many important matters to present”. He added that the differences among political entities are clear, mostly naming the security ministries and balances in the governmental establishments. Article 140 of the constitution is connected with determining the destiny of the disputed areas on three stages, of normalization of relations, census, and referendum if the people want to be annexed to Kurdistan or Baghdad.
