Zebari meets Arab ambassadors to Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zebari discussed with a number of Arab ambassadors to Iraq the technical, security and administrative details for the preparations of the Arab Summit due in Baghdad next month, calling to endorse the statements of the ministry and of governmental spokesman as the base. He added not to regard the statements of MPs and some politicians as representing the governmental views and stands. In a statement issued by the ministry today, Zebari added that the Arab Summit will be held on 29 March, 2012, to be preceded by the first of Arab Finance and Economy Ministers on 27 March, 2012, and then the meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers on 28 March, 2012. He pointed out that a delegation from the Arab League arrived here and got positive impressions. Zebari added that official invitations shall be sent to the heads and kings of Arab countries to attend the Summit.
