BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zebari discussed with UN delegation representative (UNAMI) in Baghdad Martin Kobler the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two sides on the Ashraf Camp, according to a statement by the ministry. The statement added that the latest developments in Iraq and the Arab region were also tackled in the meeting. Iraq and UN signed an important MoU for temporary transfer of anti-Iranian Ashraf camp residents to another site inside Iraq in preparation for their settlement in a third country. The total figure of residents reached to 3000. Anti-Iranian Mujahidi Khalq are stationed in Ashraf camp, Diala, northeast Iraq, since they moved to Iraq in 1985, who were patronized by ex-regime of Saddam Hussein, where they started to make their attacks against Iran till 2003 war.
