Delegations from Iraqi Parl’t, Egyptian People’s Council meet

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi Parliament Foreign Relations delegation today met with its counterpart in the Egyptian People’s Council, where both discussed means to develop bilateral relations and uniting stands in the international arena. In a statement issued by the Foreign Relations’ Office, received by IraqiNews.com, Hammoudi extended felicitations for the anniversary of the 25 January Revolution. It added that talks were held on developing bilateral relations, noting parliamentary diplomacy should take its role in such a process. Hammoudi extended an invitation to Iraq to his Egyptian counterpart.
