Turkish company to develop Basra-Amara highway entrance

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: A Turkish company began developments on the Basra-Amara highway entrance (south of Missan province) at a cost of 9.4 billion Iraqi dinars. Missan‘s Governor Ali Dawai Lazim told IraqiNews.com that two companies, Iraqi and Turkish, stared to develop the road, 2 km south of the province. The project is expected to be implemented in 12 months time. Amara city, the center of Misan province, lies 390 km south of the capital, Baghdad. RM (TP)/SR 689
