Culprits seized in Najaf

NAJAF / IraqiNews.com : Najaf Security Commission announced today the arrest of the attackers against religious leadership representatives in Kufa city. Head of the Security Commission at Najaf Provincial Council said, in a press statement, copy received by IraqiNews.com, that the citizens had “the greatest role in assisting security forces to capture the culprits”. He did not elaborate who is behind them or their numbers. Shiite leader Ali Sistani‘s representatives were attacked, earlier, with sound grenades that did not result in injuries. Najaf lies 160 km south of the capital, Baghdad.   852
