Earthquakes hit southern Iraq
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Transport announced today that a series of earthquakes hit Amara, Missan province, with no casualties. In a statement issued by the ministry received by IraqiNews.com, it noted that the earthquake was registered along the Iraqi-Iranian borders, where four incidents were registered this morning with 3-4.5 degrees magnitude on the Richter scale. There were no reports on casualties or damages.
