Saad: Ministry of Electricity lacks bylaw

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Oil and Energy Parliamentary Committee Suzan al-Saad revealed a bad management in the Ministry of Electricity.

Speaking to Iraqi News, she said “The Ministry of Electricity does not have any bylaw which means that its work is not based on administrative bases.”

“We have not put any bad indicators on the performance of the General Managers or directors in the Ministry who have spent a long time working in the Ministry and their success is considered a success for the Minister himself,” she assured.

MP Saad called for conducting dialogue between the members of the Oil and Energy Committee and the officials of the Ministry of Electricity to diagnose the weak points in the performance of the Ministry.
