Saad: Parliament decisions obligatory to all executive sides including FM

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, of the Fadhila bloc stated “The decisions of the parliament are obligatory to all executive sides including the Foreign Ministry that did not respect the parliament when it voted to stop starting the Diplomatic Rehabilitation Course No. 27 which withheld the citizens’ rights.”

In a press statement, she said “The non adherence of the DRC with the decision of the parliament for taking into consideration the ratio of population in addition to the lack of balance is considered a constitutional breach.”

MP Saad, who represents Basra province, pointed out “It is illogical to accept only one applicant from Basra province which is full of intellectuals.”

She called to “Include an article in the FM law draft that assures having balance among the provinces for the acceptance in the DRC.”

She accused “The FM of granting the seats to the sons of the officials and did not follow the standards in this issue.”
