Urgent – Parliament session starts

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament held its regular session, headed by the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, on Monday.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The session agenda involves conducting the first reading of the proposal to cancel Article 40 of the budget law of 2012 and the first reading of the Supplementary budget of 2012 in addition to voting over the crimes committed against the Burmese Muslims.”

“The agenda includes hosting the Mayor of Baghdad, Sabir al-Esawi, and the Governor of Baghdad, Salah Abdul Razaq, to discuss the issue of the potable water crisis in the capital as well as discussing other laws,” the source concluded.
