Iraqi soldier killed in Touz

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi soldier was killed on Monday when a sticky improvised explosive device (IED) went off in central Touz Khormato district, a police source said. “The IED, planted inside the soldier’s vehicle, went off today in central Touz Khormato, (100 km) east of Tikrit, while he was heading for work, leaving him killed and the vehicle severely damaged,” the source told IraqiNews.com.
