Baghdad Mayoralty stops dealing with contracting company

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Baghdad’s Mayoralty on Tuesday announced it halted works with a contracting company for breaching standards. “Baghdad’s Mayoralty decided to stop work with Wadi al-Yamam Contracting Company Ltd after they breached standards in rehabilitating al-Hussein project for water treatment,” said Baghdad’s Mayoralty in a statement received by IraqiNews.com. “The Mayoralty added the company was added to its black list, and stopped dealing with its subsidiary branches,” the announcement noted. “The Mayoralty presented 31 companies to the Ministry of Planning and Development coordination,” it added.
