Bloc calls Maliki to prevail all provinces in granting salaries for dissolved institutions employees
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Hurra Iraqiya bloc called the Prime Minister to include all the provinces in the initiative of granting salaries to the employees of the dissolved institutions similar to the initiative of returning the officers of the former army to their posts.
A statement by the bloc received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday cited “Previously, we have requested Maliki to return the former officers to the Iraqi Army and he responded to our request where we thanked him for that.”
“After the calls of the employees of the dissolved governmental institutions to grand their salaries that they did not receive in the last period of time, we hope to witness such initiative for all provinces after applying it in Kirkuk and Nineveh provinces,” the statement added.
The bloc stresses the necessity of “Dealing with this issue seriously and interest in order to improve the living of those employees in addition to the moral level.”
Earlier, the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, stated on the 8th of July that the officers of the former Iraqi Army have held responsibility and protected Iraq where all the provinces were informed to return them to the army or include them in the retirement, noting that the low ranks officers are the only ones to return to the army.
