Sulfur company studies partnership proposals

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The State Company for al-Mishraq Sulfur is currently studying proposals by international companies for production sharing, a media source from the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals said on Wednesday. “This comes as part of the company’s plan to invest in the sulfur factory, whose capacity reaches 820,000 tons a year and which has stopped operating since 2003,” the source told IraqiNews.com.
