Nusayif calls government to clarify its stance over Kurdistan Region efforts for armament

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Iraqiya Hurra bloc called “The government to clarify its stance concerning the efforts of Kurdistan Region for armament.”

She stated to IraqiNews.com on Monday “While Kurdistan Region is attempting to buy heavy arms and Abatchi helicopters, some Kurdish officials object the efforts of the Central Government to buy arms for the Iraqi Army despite the fact that the armament of the federal armies is considered a normal issue all over the world to protect the national sovereignty.”
