Hakim, Crocker confer on security pact

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Head of the Shiite United Iraqi Alliance (UIA) Sayyid Abdulaziz al-Hakim and U.S. ambassador in Baghdad Ryan Crocker on Friday conferred on political and security developments in Iraq, and the proposed Iraqi-U.S. security pact, according to a release issued by al-Hakim’s office. “Hakim today received Crocker, and they discussed the political situation and security improvement in Iraq, in addition to the proposed Iraqi-U.S. security pact,” read the release that was received by IraqiNews.com.
