White bloc calls government to support Iraqi Football National Team

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White Bloc called “The Iraqi government to support the Iraq Football National Team which participates in the Arab Cup of Nations held currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

The Spokesman of the bloc, Kadhim al-Shimmari, stated to IraqiNews.com “We urge the government to provide full support for the Iraqi team.”

“The players do their duties well so they deserve more support and encouragement to win the Cup and bring happiness to Iraqis,” he stressed.

The Iraqi National Team has qualified to the semi-final stage of the Cup where it will face the Moroccan Counterpart on next Tuesday.
