IAF says will support pact under national consensus – IAF

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Sunni Iraqi Accordance Front on Friday said that it agrees to sign the proposed Iraqi-U.S. security only when national consensus is obtained provided that the deal would not undermine Iraq’s sovereignty. “The Front’s stance regarding the pact would be positive when national consensus is available in this regard, and that the pact should not impinge upon the national sovereignty of Iraq,” IAF spokesman Saleem al-Juburi told IraqiNews.com . “The pact items should be explained and must not contain any loopholes,” he added .
