2nd argument starts in Thursday Parliament session

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) For the second time during the Parliament session of Thursday, an argument started between MP from the Iraqiya Slate IS led by Ayad Allawi and MP from the State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

Parliamentary source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) Thursday that “An argument broke out between MP Haider Mulla of the IS and the State of Law Coalition’s MP Hasan al-Sinead, when al-Mulla, the member of the Commission of Human Rights, read the report of the Committee during the session of Parliament about the work of the Commission for the period from November, 1, 2011 till May, 1, 2012.”

“While he was reading, Mulla pointed to the existence of violations committed against detainees and the existence of secret prisons and secret detention centers in the country,” the source added, noting that “MP Sinead tried to interrupt Mulla’s reading of the report, accusing al-Mulla of putting these accusation in the report.”

This argument is the second of its type, when the first one broke out between MP from the Sadr Trend and another of the State of Law Coalition on Thursday session.
