Legal expert urges to abide by Constitutional law over Iraqi flag

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The legal expert Tariq Harb called to stick to the provisions of the law related to protocols of the Iraqi flag No.6 of 1986. He said “During a TV Show broadcasted by one of the Satellite Channels that we respect, the presenter of the show was standing in front of two Iraqi flags inside the Parliament hall.” Harb added “The Parliament is supposed to adhere to the provisions of the earlier mentioned law about the Iraqi flag which determined the places and occasions of raising the flag and the characters with which it is raised.” “It is surprising that this show was attended by a member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee,” the legal expert concluded.
