Musawi: INA authorizes Hakim to create harmony among political blocs

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Salman al-Musawi, of the State of Law Coalition assured “The Iraqi National Alliance authorized the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, to create harmony between the political sides within INA and other political blocs that called for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “INA took this decision during his meeting on last Wednesday,” noting that “After the meeting, Hakim started his efforts to bring the various views of the blocs closer to each other.”

“The attempt of withdrawing confidence from Maliki has failed completely,” he added.

“Ahrar bloc begins to reduce the calls for withdrawing confidence after reaching agreement to launch reformations,” he concluded.
