Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, confirmed that “Some statements launched by certain political figures are funny and do not deserve a reply from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, or the State of Law Coalition.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The recent statement launched by MP, Haider al-Mulla, and his escalating style in attacking and accusing Maliki are shameful and funny,” noting that “Mulla should apologize to Maliki rather than escalating his statements which are funded by foreign sides.”

“Some sides which did not take the lesson from the negative consequence of their threats through the media outlets,” he added.

“We are wondering why they reject our statements over foreign conspiracy while they are the most beneficiary sides of this conspiracy,” he continued.

“Maliki and the SLC do not care for such statements launched by figures who seek consolidating sectarianism by creating crises to serve the foreign countries,” h concluded.
