Amiri urges to settle crisis through national meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of Badr Organization within the Iraqi National Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri, called “To settle the current political crisis through holding the national meeting which the President, Jalal Talabani, called for.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Holding the national meeting which involves all sides will settle the disputes by resorting to the constitution,” noting that “Holding the national meeting will consolidate the political and security stability to accomplish the Iraqi’s expectations.”

“We hope the Iraqi tribes to support the right side as they did during al-Ashreen revolution,” he concluded.

A political meeting will be held in Nineveh on Saturday. The meeting will be headed by the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, to discuss the political crisis.
