Turkey announces readiness to participate in upgrading ISF performance

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Turkey announced its readiness to participate in upgrading the performance of the Iraqi Security Forces in Iraq.

A statement by the Ministry of Interior received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “The Deputy of Interior Minister, Adnan al-Asadi, received the Turkish Ambassador and the accompanied delegation at his office in Baghdad on Thursday as they discussed the security issues.”

“Asadi confirmed developing the ISF capacities and abilities in addition to their victories against the terrorism, expressing Iraq’s adherence to establish the best relations with the neighboring countries,” the statement added.

“The Turkish Ambassador expressed his admiration for the ISF ability to sustain security, expressing Turkey’s readiness to participate in developing the ISF performance,” the statement concluded.
