Sadr Trend to conduct preliminary elections to nominate its candidates for PC elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Sadr Trend will announce on next Tuesday the date for conducting the preliminary elections for nominating its candidates for the upcoming elections of Provincial Councils.

The spokesman of the Trend, Salah al-Ubaidi stated to IraqiNews.com “The Trend will announce during a press conference in Basra province the date for the preliminary elections for the candidates of the Trend.”

Earlier, the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, criticized performance of some MPs within Ahrar bloc.
