SJC received complaints against Talabani, Maliki, Nijaifi, says Biraqdar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The official spokesperson of the Supreme Judicial Council, Abdul Sattar al-Biraqdar, revealed that the SJC received several claims against high official in Iraq.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) , he stated “There are many complaints received daily from the courts,” noting that “Some of them against the President, Jalal Talabani, The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki and the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi in addition to some ministers in the government.”

“There are judicial decisions to be issued against Maliki and some of them are against the head of the SJC,” he added.

“The courts that have received these complaints are to deal with them according to the law,” he concluded.
