Policeman wounded in Mosul blast
NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One policeman was wounded when a car bomb went off in western Mosul on Saturday, according to a Ninewa police source. “A car rigged with explosives went off today in western Mosul (also called New Mosul) near a police patrol of the Ninewa Operations Department, leaving a patrolman wounded and the vehicle he boarded destroyed,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “The injured policeman was rushed to al-Rahma hospital, western Mosul, for treatment,” the source said, not giving more details.
