Sadr: INA to nominate candidate for PM post after Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, confirmed “The Iraqi National Alliance will nominate the candidate for the Premier post after the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

In response to question by one of his followers over the side will nominate the candidate for the PM post after Maliki, he said “All sides agreed upon nominating the candidate who will replace Maliki by INA.”

Earlier, the spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “We managed to get the required signatures to withdraw confidence from Maliki,” noting that “The MPs’ signatures were collected from all the blocs.”
