Fatlawi: Nijaifi defames parliament before other authorities

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hanan al-Fatlawi, of the State of Law Coalition accused the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, of “defaming the parliament before other authorities.”

She stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Nijaifi exploits the authorities of the parliament and practiced them tor his acheive his political goals.”

She questioned “Who gave Nijaifi the authority of canceling the decision of Anbar Provincial Council over dismissing its head?” assuring that “Nijaifi recanted to accept and approve the decision.”

“By doing this, Nijaifi practiced the authorities of the Federal Court and the Administrative Judiciary,” she confirmed.

“Neither the constitution nor the parliament bylaw grant such authorities to Nijaifi,” she stressed, calling “The parliament to put an end for Nijaifi’s violations.”

Earlier, MP, Ahmed al-Alwani, of the Iraqiya Slate announced that “The parliament canceled the decision of Anbar Provincial Council over dismissing its Chairman, Mamoun al-Alwani, on Thursday.”

Anbar Provincial Council voted on dismissing its Head, Mamoun al-Alwani, during its session which was held last Sunday.
