Allawi, Mutleg, Nijaifi arrive in Erbil to meet Barzani

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The leader of the Iraqiya Slate Ayad Allawi, Deputy Premier Salih al-Mutleg and the Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi have arrived in Erbil province on Sunday evening.

Several Kurdish officials were at the reception of Allawi, Mutleg and Nijaifi at Erbil Airport.

The web site of PUK cited “These officials are expected to hold a new meeting with the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani,” noting that “The leader of the Sadr Trend Muqtada al-Sadr might join them to follow up discussions over the political crisis.”
