MP withdraws from Maliki’s Coalition

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Manal al-Musawi, withdrew from the State of Law Coalition which is headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, on Friday.

The spokesman of Karbala Provincial Council, Hasan Aday, stated to IraqiNews.com “Musawi withdrew from the SLC and turned into an independent MP due to the political disputes.”

Manal al-Musawi is the candidate of the SLC from Karbala province, she is the sister of the Chairman of Karbala PC, Mohamed al-Musawi, and the sister of the first Deputy Governor, Abbas al-Musawi, who heads Amal al-Rafidain Slate.
