5+1 meeting great achievement for Iraq, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Imad Yohana, of al-Rafidain bloc considered “Holding the meeting of 5+1 in Baghdad and its expected results as a great achievement for Iraq.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Iraq’s stance will positive towards the international community after restoring its normal position.”

“Iraq witnessed a dark era of alienation from the international and regional community previously but it regained its importance through the success of the Arab Summit in Baghdad,” he concluded.

On next Wednesday, Baghdad will host the international meeting of the UN Security Council five permanent members plus Germany (5+1) over the Iranian nuclear file.

The Iranian delegation, which will participate in the meeting, arrived on last Monday while other delegations that will participate in the meeting are expected to arrive on Tuesday.
