Bazoni: Political blocs use sectarian intonation to win elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The independent MP, Jawad al-Bazoni, of the Iraqi National Alliance, accused some political blocs of “Exploiting the sectarian intonations to win the next elections.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “All the political blocs try to live the tensions among them and speak with the sectarian tone in order to get the votes in the next elections especially after being failed to get the votes by doing their political programs.”

“The political blocs urges to conduct dialogue to settle disputes, but in fact they do the opposite by exchanging accusations and the high demands and holding a meeting among them will fail if it is not accompanied by the real intentions to settle the disputes,” he concluded.

The political process witnesses complicated disputes between the Iraqiya Slate and the State of Law Coalition over not applying Erbil agreement and the council of the strategic council.
