Iraqi News announces entities’ names of Chalabi’s new political alliance

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Sources within the National Congress headed by Ahmad al-Chalabi mentioned that 28 entities and political movements formed (the Union of Political Forces and National Figures), which is the new bloc that was announced on Saturday.

According to these sources, Chalabi was selected by these entities to be the head of this Union. The entities are “The National Congress, al-Nahrain Movement, the National Council for Change, the Free National Rally, the Iraqi Justice and Development Party,Intellectuals and Democrats Association, The Front of One Iraq, the National Democratic Well being Party, the Iraqi Movement for Relief and Promotion, the Central Office for the Iraqi Youth, the liberal Civil Movement, Movement of Iraq youth Unity, Rabiya Tribes bloc, the National Salvation Party, the Independent National Movement for Rescuing Iraq, Ahrar Movement, the National Council of Iraqi Women, Ahbab al-Iraq Movement, the Elders and Intellectuals of Iraq Alliance, Najaf Independent Tribes and Sons, the National Rally for Iraq’s Sons and Tribes, Beni Asad Tribes and Allied Tribes, the National Center for Studies and Researches, Technocrat Women bloc, the National Independence Party, Wataniyun union, the Iraqi Independent Camp, and the National Rally for Diyala Sons.”
