White bloc calls to erect Fao seaport to reduce negative impacts of Mubarak port
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White bloc called “The government to erect Fao seaport to reduce the impacts of Mubarak Kuwaiti port on the Iraqi ports.
A statement by the bloc received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) stressed “The necessity of starting constructing Fao port to create a balance in the region.”
“Having the maps of Fao port since 2005 without erecting it is not possible,” the statement added.
“There are some sides hurdle erecting the port in implementation of foreign agenda,” the statement mentioned.
“Iraq should compete with Kuwait in erecting its port to serve the national interests,” the statement concluded.
